Shipping and Handling

Shipping options are chosen during checkout. Your package will arrive based on where your order will be delivered and is determined by the carrier. Most orders will arrive within 3-4 business days but, may take up to 10-15 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been packed and processed for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These rates come directly from the shipping carrier and reflect their real-time pricing.

Because these rates are determined by the carrier and not us, we don’t have control over the final shipping cost. We always aim to offer affordable and efficient delivery.

Order Processing

Order processing may take up to 1-3 business days, excluding all major holidays. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been processed and your order has been packed. You’ll receive a confirmation with a tracking number at the time that your order is shipped to the information that you provided. All orders placed after 3pm CST on Fridays and over the weekend will ship out on Monday excluding all major holidays.

Returned Packages 

When placing your order please double check your address and where your package will be delivered to. We are not responsible for returned packages due to a delivery issue and/or wrong address due to no fault of our own. In the event that your package is returned due to a delivery issue or wrong address, you are responsible for the shipping fees to have your package shipped to you again.

Incorrect or Misdelivered Packages

If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a carrier error, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order, as this was no fault on our end. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Heat Risk Shipping Policy

Our products are crafted with nourishing oils and butters that naturally respond to heat. During warmer months, items such as body butters and oil-based products may soften or melt while in transit. This is normal for premium, wax-light formulations and does not affect product quality or performance.

To reduce heat exposure, orders ship Monday–Wednesday during warm weather. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.

If your product arrives softened, simply place it at room temperature (70–75°F) and allow it to rest 12–24 hours to naturally reset. Refrigeration is not required.

Heat-related softening alone is not considered damage and is not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for issues such as damaged packaging, leaks due to container failure, or missing items.

By placing an order during warm weather, you acknowledge the possibility of heat exposure during transit and agree to these terms.

International Shipping Policy(Canada Only)

Duties and taxes are included in the cost of shipping and those rates are calculated by your chosen carrier. Flat rate shipping fees do not apply.
